These FAQs have been prepared for any Kickstarter of Pre-Order Store backers who are waiting for their expansions packs and add-ons to arrive... We will update this section with news of delivery dates as we know them. If your question isn't answered here, please drop us a line and we will get back to you. 

KEY DATES

The table below is a summary of all shipping information. 
We will update this table as new information becomes available, so please continue to check this page.

I can confirm that as of DEC 15, all orders have been sent from US / EU and Aus shipping hubs. Orders fulfilled by the Asia hub take longer, but we will update this table as we receive additional information from our Asia fulfilment partner.

TOP FIVE QUESTIONS

Where's my expansion pack?
Please read Key Dates above. 

My pledge included other add-ons, not just expansion packs. When will these arrive?
Everything will be shipped at the same time. If you're expecting other add-ons, they'll be sent when your expansions are sent out. 

How do I change my shipping address? 
It's easy to change your shipping address. Here's how:
1) Go to the League of the Lexicon BackerKit page here. Enter your email and you'll be sent a link to your survey.
2) Click the link, then click View Confirmation to see the current address.
3) Click Edit Shipping Info to change the address
4) Make any changes, click through to the final screens (Next / Submit My Address) and your new address is saved. 

If you're struggling, contact support[AT]naylorgames[DOT]com. (These guys help with our fulfilment and can make the change for you.)


I'm still waiting for my main game... where is it?
KICKSTARTER BACKERS: you should have received your game ages ago! Please  contact support[at]naylorgames[dot]com so we can look into this. (Before you do though, please check that you filled in your BackerKit survey. We still have 293 backers who have *not* filled in surveys. And without a survey, your order cannot be fulfilled.)
PRE-ORDER STORE CUSTOMERS: if you ordered the game only, this should have been sent out months ago, so please contact support[at]naylorgames[dot]
com and we'll get right on it. If you ordered any expansions, these will be sent out in one shipment, so we need to wait for the expansions to be reach your shipping hub.  

Can I cancel my order? 
I'm afraid Kickstarter pledges cannot be cancelled at this stage.

COMMENTS AND ISSUES

I've received my game but it's damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact support[at]nayloregames[dot]com, sending pictures of the damaged item and we will get back to you.

I've spotted an error on a question card. Do you want to know about it? 
Absolutely! Although we've run countless rounds of proofreading, we know errors will be lurking to embarass us. If you spot an error, please let us know and we will correct it for future print editions. You can use the contact form here
